How do you Make Quality Consistent in Your Project?

Once you have a vision in your head of how you want your project/product to turn out, you will want to do everything you can to satisfy that vision. ⁠

How can you do that?⁠

⭐️ Maintain consistency in your quality!⁠

Here are some tips on how you can achieve it:⁠

1️⃣ Use the same naming conventions for tasks, activities, and roles⁠

2️⃣ When gathering information and requirements from stakeholders ask the same questions to everyone⁠

3️⃣ Similar to no.1 use the same formatting for all internal and external documents⁠

4️⃣ Review your company's standard operating procedures and apply what is relevant to your project. There is no point in reinventing the wheel⁠

5️⃣ Understand & document what the client/customer quality standards are based off their requirements. Each requirement should be matched with some quality aspect⁠

6️⃣ Decide how the work should be done to meet those quality standards. Always have contingency plans⁠
